Here’s how it works.

1.SCHEDULE A CLARITY SESSION: Select the time slot from scheduler that suits you. Make sure you select your time zone. When you book a clarity session, leave your contact number where you can receive WhatsApp messages. 

2. RECEIVE PREPRATION INSTRUCTIONS:  After booking your session, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message with a few self-reflective questions. These questions will help me tailor your life coaching session to your specific needs and determine our future steps.

3. JOIN LIFE COACHING SESSION ON ZOOM: When we meet, we will explore whatever you wish to bring to the session. You’ll have the opportunity to share what currently is happening in your life and how you’re feeling about it. I will use, NLP, Hypnosis and my experience in life coaching to help you. Most people gain insights and new perspectives on their issues. People have reported getting more clarity on their objectives which makes it easier for them to move forward.

Well, short answer is, it depends upon what you need. NLP and hypnosis for me are tools I work with to help you, make those changes you ask for.

That depends on your specific goals. Some people experience significant change in just 1 to 3 sessions. Others choose to continue for deeper transformation, clarity, and long-term growth. You are always in control of how many sessions you want. I recommend starting with one session—you’ll know from there if you’d like to continue.
