You are on this page means; you have taken coaching session with Kamran Sultan and want to proceed with a long-term coaching contract. Please read these terms and make your payments using the link below.
Coaching Agreement
This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is established as of the day payment is made, between Kamran Sultan of The First Institute of Dynamic Learning LLC, referred to herein as “Coach,” and you, referred to as “Client.”
1. Coaching Services
a. Coach will provide Client with coaching services for a period of 12 sessions over the course of 3 to 6 months. As agreed by both the parties.
b. Sessions will be conducted via zoom or any other mutually agreed-upon method.
2. Session Details:
a. Each coaching session will last approximately 120 minutes. Some sessions may be longer, if client needs more time, during that session.
b. Sessions will be scheduled at times as that are convenient for both Coach and Client, with the first session starting the date both parties agree upon.
3. Communication:
a. Client is encouraged to reach out to Coach via WhatsApp or other agreed-upon means in between sessions for additional support or clarification on coaching objectives.
b. Coach will make every effort to respond promptly to Client inquiries within 24 hours.
c. Client can get short 15 minutes consultations via WhatsApp, as and when needed, in addition to the 12 sessions.
4. Payment:
a. Client chooses and agrees to pay US$ 4500 in advance the total fees for 12 deep inner coaching sessions.
b. The coaching fee is non-refundable.
c. Payment must be made prior to the commencement of the first coaching session. Once payment is received, the Agreement will be in effect. Please make your payment through the link at the bottom of this Agreement.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session. A no show without 24 hours prior notice from client will be counted as a session.
b. If Client fails to provide sufficient notice for a cancellation or rescheduling, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
c. Both the Coach and Client have the right to reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours-notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
6. Confidentiality:
a. Coach pledges to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared by Client during coaching sessions unless legally required to disclose such information.
b. Client acknowledges that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice or therapy, and they are encouraged to seek such advice if necessary.
7. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any significant term of this agreement.
b. In the event of termination, by the Client, Client will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining coaching sessions.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA.
