For Coaches & Therapists

Heal the Healer

An ongoing coaching practice for coaches and therapists. Heal burnout, imposter syndrome, and self-doubt — with Kamran Sultan, Master Trainer of NLP & Hypnosis.

Kamran Sultan

Dear Coaches and Therapists,

This is Kamran Sultan. If you landed here directly — I am a Master Trainer of NLP & Hypnosis and a Life Coach. Since 1997, I’ve trained and coached over 3,000 people like you.

If you’re reading this, you most likely love helping people. Guiding them through challenges, watching them transform, hearing how your work changed their lives. There’s no price tag on that feeling, is there?

But when it comes to you… who do you turn to?

Friends often don’t understand. Some mock or dismiss our struggles. Some say, “Go work on yourself first.” Others expect us to be perfect simply because we help others.

The truth is, we’re human. Just like the people we serve.

We face financial stress, relationship struggles, self-doubt, and emotional challenges too.

Coaches and therapists need healing too. To walk our talk, we must do the inner work ourselves.

Why Do I Avoid Conflict? The Pattern Beneath It

Most coaches and therapists quit within five years. I’ve been there. And by the grace of God, I’m among those who didn’t — because I worked on myself, and I still do.

I’ve seen it over and over: coaches who build impressive skills but neglect their own healing.

The result?

  • Lack of clarity
  • Procrastination
  • Imposter syndrome
  • Shame around asking for fees
  • Financial struggle

Your business feels it too. Not because you lack skill or strategy. The coach who can’t ask for fees isn’t missing a pricing script. The one who procrastinates on outreach isn’t missing a funnel. Something underneath is in the way — and it shows up in your bank account.

We work on the pattern. The business follows.

This is why I created

Heal The Healer

A group coaching program for coaches and therapists.

If you want to work with me one-on-one

Your investment is $450 for a 60-minute session. Most coaches and therapists need three to four sessions. For bigger goals, eight to twelve weekly sessions — up to $5,400.

Because I know how it feels to hold space for everyone else and have no one hold it for you, I’ve made this easier for a limited number of committed coaches and therapists.

How Heal The Healer works

Every Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST (USA & Canada), I come live on Zoom.

I stay online as long as every participant has been coached, so it doesn’t always end at the same time. You join, get coached, and leave. No one has to stay the whole time. You can record your session for later.

Think of it like visiting your doctor. You get your turn, first come first served, and he stays in the clinic until the last patient has been seen.

When you enroll, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to understand your challenges, goals, and aspirations. This helps me know you better and prepare to help you best.

Your privacy is assured

Most of the time, there are two or three people online at once. As people join, they stay in Zoom’s waiting room until their turn. Coaching is first come, first served. During your session, it’s just you and me — no one else can hear what we discuss.

In other words: complete privacy. Anything we discuss stays between us.

When we meet, you can bring whatever you want — your inspirations, your goals, your challenges at work or in relationships, emotional or business issues. You choose, and I coach you using my skills and experience since 1997. You get up to 60 minutes of powerful, deep coaching.

This is your chance to get ongoing support, experience what your clients feel, and regain clarity, confidence, and authenticity — at a fraction of my regular fee.

A word about commitment

To give you my full attention and real support, I keep the group intentionally small. Each month, a few people complete their time and new ones step in. Once a plan is filled, you’ll wait four to twelve weeks for a spot to open.

If you feel this is your time, don’t wait too long.

The real cost isn’t the price of coaching. It’s the emotional struggle, the bad decisions, the missed opportunities, and the inner chaos that continue when nothing changes.

“It’s not what you consume, but what’s consuming you, that’s truly expensive.”

What is the investment?

Choose the rhythm that fits your life. Every plan includes the Sunday clinic, complete privacy, and up to 60 minutes of coaching per session.

A few practical questions before you book

Should I book private 1:1 coaching or join the Sunday clinic?

Private coaching is the better starting point if you want a schedule built entirely around you, or if you’d rather not wait for a Sunday.

The clinic is the lower-cost way to get ongoing weekly support once you know this work fits you.

What if Sunday doesn’t work for my schedule?

Then take private 1:1 sessions instead — $450 for 60 minutes — on a day and time that suits you.

How many sessions will I need?

Most people need about three to four sessions. For bigger goals, eight to twelve weekly sessions is typical.

Can I miss a Sunday?

Yes. If you miss a week, simply join the following Sunday.

All sessions must be completed within 3 months of enrolling — that window is what keeps the momentum, which is where the results actually come from.

Can I get a refund?

No. Coaching sessions are non-refundable. Occasional rescheduling is available.

I’m a therapist. Is this supervision or therapy?

Neither. This is coaching — for you, not for your clients.

You bring whatever is actually going on: the work that’s draining you, the fee you haven’t raised, the pattern you can see in your clients but not in yourself. We work on it directly.

This is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or psychiatric care. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, please continue to do so.

Can I bring business problems instead of personal ones?

Yes — and for most coaches and therapists, they’re the same problem wearing different clothes.

The coach who can’t ask for their full fee isn’t missing a pricing script. The one who avoids outreach isn’t missing a funnel. Something underneath is in the way, and it shows up in your bank account.

Bring your practice: who you serve, what you charge, how to reach out without feeling pushy. The fear gets coached in the same session where the action gets done.

Will anyone know what I bring to the session?

No. Usually there are two or three people online at once, and everyone waits in Zoom’s waiting room until their turn.

During your session, it’s just you and me. No one else can hear what you discuss — including the other coaches in the room.
